  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

3. Review Guidelines

Reviews submitted through our platform must:

  • Be authentic and reflect genuine customer experiences
  • Not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Not include personal information of others without consent
  • Comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Maddisys Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service.

5. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled according to Shopify's refund policies
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maddisys Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maddisys Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Data Handling

Upon termination, you may request export of your review data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you use our Service to collect and manage customer reviews, you act as the data controller and we act as a data processor for that customer data. Our data processing activities are governed by:
